Introduction 

Garden to Table Trust (“us” and “ourselves” and “Garden to Table”) is a charitable trust that supports primary and intermediate schools and kura to take learning out of the classroom and into the garden and the kitchen.  

Our schools teach thousands of kiwi kids knowledge and skills that have a transformative and lifelong impact on their hauora — wellbeing — and on the world around them. 

This privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”) applies only to the www.gardentotable.org.nz website (or the “website”).  

Garden to Table is committed to protecting your privacy.  

You warrant that all information and details provided by you via this website are true, correct, complete and accurate in all respects.

We do not require registration for general access to  www.gardentotable.org.nz , but if you participate in any of the activities or services offered by our website we will collect the personal information that we need in order to provide you with those services.  Failure to provide the information that we require in order to sign up to our programme may prevent or delay the provision of any services to you.

We will delete your personal information when it is no longer required for these purposes. If there is any information that we are unable, for technical reasons, to delete entirely from our systems, we will put in place appropriate measures to prevent any further processing or use of the data.

We have implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.
